This is a photograph of Silvio Aguirre and his trial testimony. Aguirre is the police detective who testified at Eric Volz’s trial, regarding the crime scene.
Even with only the audio, his nervousness and discomfort testifying are clear.

Doris's cell phone records were were subpoenaed (here) by the court, but strangely were never offered into the case file. These records were highly guarded by the police and the defense was never given access to these documents.
